Students may choose to pay: In full. By monthly instalments. By termly instalments (where applicable). Available payment plans include: Semester 1: Full payment or monthly instalments. Semester 2: Two termly instalments or monthly instalments. 42-week contracts: 4-instalment or 9-month payment plans. 51-week contracts: 4-instalment or 11-month payment plans. Students with a UK-based guarantor may pay in three instalments (September, January and April). Students without a UK-based guarantor are generally required to pay the full rent before moving in.

Any letters will be delivered to your post box or under your door on the same day they receive them.If you want to deliver some new items such as bedding and kitchen items, they are happy to accept these once you’ve signed your contract. They'll keep them safe until you arrive and they'll even leave them in your room for when you arrive.
What if something breaks in my apartment?
Nothing lasts forever and accidents do happen.If something is past its best, let their team know reception and one of their friendly maintenance team will come and make repairs or replace it.You’ll only ever be charged for this if the damage is clearly through misuse.
