Eligible if the university or higher education institution withdraws the student's offer because the required entry grades were not achieved.     A replacement tenant must be eligible to book accommodation with the property.     A booking fee of £100.00 is required to secure the bed space. The booking fee transfers to become the tenancy deposit once the tenant moves in. The deposit is protected under The Deposit Protection Service (Custodial Scheme). The deposit is refundable in full, provided there is no property damage or outstanding rent arrears.

    Tenants may choose to pay the rent in one full payment or by instalments. One full payment: The total rent is due on the tenancy start date. Monthly instalments: 51-week contract: Rent is divided into 11 monthly instalments. The first instalment is due on the tenancy start date, with subsequent payments due on the same date each month. 46-week contract: Rent is divided into 10 monthly instalments. The first instalment is due on the tenancy start date, with subsequent payments due on the same date each month. 41-week contract: Rent is divided into 9 monthly instalments.
