Students are required to pay one week's rent shortly after completing their booking. This payment is allocated towards the total rent payable under the Licence Agreement.

Students may choose to pay: In full. By monthly instalments. By termly instalments (where applicable). Available payment plans include: Semester 1: Full payment or monthly instalments. Semester 2: Two termly instalments or monthly instalments. 42-week contracts: 4-instalment or 9-month payment plans. 51-week contracts: 4-instalment or 11-month payment plans. Students with a UK-based guarantor may pay in three instalments (September, January and April). Students without a UK-based guarantor are generally required to pay the full rent before moving in.

Guarantor Requirement
A UK-based guarantor is generally required to access instalment payment plans. The guarantor agrees to cover any unpaid rent if the student fails to make payments. A guarantor-free payment option is available. Under the guarantor-free option, the weekly rent is increased by a small percentage. Students without a UK-based guarantor are generally required to pay the rent in full before moving in.
